From August 30 to December 27, 2026, players who purchase over $30 on participating games on a Sunday will earn a chance to win fantastic monthly prizes through the “Second Chance Sundays” promotion.

The NLCB promotional period runs from August 30 to December 27, 2026.

You can enter if you meet the following criteria: 

  • You are 18 years or older 
  • NLCB and Brightstar staff, immediate family members, and advertising agency employees are not eligible.
  • Visit nlcbgames.com or scan the QR code on NLCB “Second Chance Sundays” posters, to enter your ticket serial number and information, on the NLCB “Second Chance Sundays” promotion page
  • One ticket valued over $30, purchased on a Sunday, gives you one chance for one monthly draw 
  • One ticket equals one unique entry 
  • Enter multiple times per month

Yes, both winning and non-winning tickets can be entered into the draw.

Draws are scheduled to take place monthly.

Five monthly winners will receive:

You will receive a confirmation notification via website pop-up, once your entry is submitted and verified. This serves as proof of entry into the draw.

Yes, winners’ names will be published on social media, nlcbgames.com, and the NLCB televised live draw show.

Winners will be contacted via:

  • The telephone number submitted on their entry form. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address submitted on their entry form.

Winners can claim their prizes at any of the following locations:

  • NLCB Port of Spain
  • NLCB San Fernando
  • NLCB Tobago

Upon notification, winners can specify their preferred prize collection location.

A valid form of National ID 

If you are unable to collect your prize, you can send someone on your behalf with the following:

  • A signed Winner Authorization Letter including your assignee's information and ID number.

What is the “Second Chance Sundays” Promotion?

The “Second Chance Sundays” Promotion is a promotion by the National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB) aimed at offering players a chance to win exciting prizes through monthly draws. Spend over $30 on a Play Whe, Pick 2, Pick 4, Lotto Plus, Cash Pot, Win For Life or Fast Cash ticket and enter your ticket serial number to qualify for monthly draws.

Players must be 18 years and older to participate and win prizes.

How to enter “Second Chance Sundays” Promotion?

For the period August 30 to December 2026, players can enter their Play Whe, Pick 2, Pick 4, Lotto Plus, Cash Pot, Win For Life and Fast Cash winning and non-winning ticket serial numbers, for a chance to win through the “Second Chance Sundays” Promotion entry page on nlcbgames.com. Players must complete the online entry form and provide all required entry information, acknowledgements, and consents.

Entries must be completed through nlcbgames.com.

Entries 

Spend over $30 on a Sunday on any one of the participating games. This gives you one unique entry for one monthly draw.

Enter multiple times per month, but entries are not allowed more than once, using the same ticket.

Winning and non-winning tickets can be entered into the draw.

All information submitted by participants will be maintained under the terms of the NLCB Privacy Statement which is outlined in APPENDIX A.

Eligibility

Players are eligible to enter the promotion only if they meet all the following requirements at the time of entry and the time of any potential prize award:

  • Players must be 18 years and older
  • All tickets qualify for entry
  • Players can enter as many times as they like; one ticket valued at over $30 equals one unique entry for that month’s draw
  • NLCB and Brightstar staff and their immediate family members along with Brightstar’s advertising agency employees are not eligible
  • Forms incorrectly completed or forms containing missing information will not be considered valid for entry
  • Winners will be notified via phone, and their names will be posted on NLCB’s website and social media platforms as well as the televised draw show
  • Winners will be given 90 days from the publishing date to claim their prize

Draws

The winners of each drawing will be selected, from all eligible entries received before the deadline for entry associated with that drawing. 

Each completed and valid entry will be assigned a unique numerical identifier and retained in a secure database controlled and owned by NLCB and its contractors, working at the direction of or in consultation with NLCB. For the drawing, NLCB will select a group of entries from the database. The group of entries will include five (5) potential winners, and alternates. 

NLCB or its contractor will contact the first five (5) participants after determining from its preliminary review that the potential winner is eligible to win a prize. 

Should a candidate not answer after 24 hours, or not possess the required entry information, an alternate would be selected in a sequential manner.

Verification

The NLCB will review and confirm potential candidate information and eligibility prior to declaring an official winner for each prize.

Verification of all information and eligibility criteria must be established to the sole satisfaction of NLCB before a potential winner is named an ‘Official Winner’ or entitled to claim any prize.

A participant who is selected as a potential candidate will be contacted by telephone to initiate the verification process and to confirm the preferred NLCB office location for collection of prizes, via the contact information provided by the participant at the time of registration.

Claiming of Prizes

Verification of ticket purchase and other information confirming eligibility is mandatory before being named as an Official Winner.

All official winners will be required to sign the “Second Chance Sundays” Promotion Prize Collection Form as a condition of claiming a prize. An authorized representative will be required to sign the Prize Collection Form on behalf of an official winner who is unable to complete the claim form or collect the prize.

General Rules

Persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements defined in these official Terms and Conditions are not eligible to enter or to win. By participating in the NLCB “Second Chance Sundays” promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these official NLCB Terms and Conditions, all final decisions of NLCB, and all procedures established for the promotion.

Prizes can be claimed at any of these three offices:

  • NLCB Port of Spain
  • NLCB San Fernando 
  • NLCB Tobago 

An official winner must claim his or her prize by signing a Prize Collection Form in person at any of the three offices, within 90 days of official winners being published on nlcbgames.com.

In the event of an official winner’s death, NLCB will in its sole discretion determine how and whether to award the prize.

In the event of a winners’ inability to claim or receive a prize themselves, the Winner Authorization Claim Form and accompanying national identification, of both winner and designated person, must be presented for prize collection.

NLCB may void any drawing without advance notice and conduct a new drawing if, in its sole discretion, it determines that it is necessary to maintain the integrity of the “Second Chance Sundays” promotion.

Entry deadlines, drawing dates, and announcement dates for the promotion are subject to adjustment.

 Publicity of Winners

An official winner’s participation in the promotion and acceptance of the prize constitutes the official winner’s express permission for the NLCB and its contractors to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without compensation. 

This same permission is granted by someone executing the documents necessary to collect the prize on behalf of the official winner who is unable to collect the prize on his or her own behalf. Further, by accepting a prize, each official winner agrees to hold the NLCB and its agencies, employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates and contractors, harmless against any and all claims or liability arising out of the official winner’s participation in the promotion and receipt and ownership or use of a prize.

The NLCB and its agencies, employees, directors, officers, affiliates and contractors, are not responsible for late or incomplete or misdirected participant entries, or for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information associated with such entries, even if caused by failures in the entry website or online entry form, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable to any entity or other person, including relatives or friends.

The NLCB, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this promotion or end the promotion prior to all prize winners being drawn.

If any discrepancy exists between these official Terms and Conditions and other statements or materials or advertisements concerning the promotion, these official Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

These official Terms and Conditions are subject to review and may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the NLCB.
